Who provides the service

Ziel Practice and Ziel Inventory (the “Service”) are independently operated software products provided by ns ea, with service contact address Beirut, Lebanon and email [email protected]. “Ziel Corporations” is a proposed brand name, not a registered company, and is not a separate contracting party. These Terms apply to authorized users and organizations whose account owners have authority to accept them on the organizations’ behalf.

02 / 15

Creating and protecting an account

Registration information must be accurate. Each staff member should use their own authorized account and protect their password, sign-in links, connected Google account, recovery email, and devices. Credential sharing, unauthorized access, and attempts to bypass account boundaries are prohibited. Contact [email protected] promptly if you suspect a compromised account. Account access may be suspended temporarily to investigate credible security threats; legally required notices still apply.

03 / 15

Clinic owner and staff responsibilities

The clinic owner controls staff invitations, roles, permissions, and offboarding. The owner must ensure that an employee or contractor has a legitimate reason to access patient records and promptly deactivate access when no longer needed. Each new individual accepts the applicable Terms during account creation; one staff member’s acceptance does not cover another person.

04 / 15

Clinical decisions and patient relationships

Ziel assists with appointments, patient records, charting, treatment plans, communications, finance, reports, inventory, and related workflows. It is a documentation and administration tool, not a replacement for licensed clinical judgment, emergency protocols, medical-device requirements, or appropriate patient consent. Clinicians are responsible for reviewing clinical information and maintaining legally required records.

05 / 15

Patient data ownership and instructions

As between the clinic and the Service operator, the clinic retains its rights to its patient and business records. The operator processes such data only as needed to provide and secure the Service and in accordance with lawful clinic instructions and applicable requirements. These Terms do not transfer patient record ownership. Where a separate data-processing agreement is legally required, it must be agreed before the clinic uploads regulated patient data. See the DPA information (which may be a draft unless separately executed).

06 / 15

Protected patient information and authorized use

Clinic users must enter and disclose patient data lawfully, use appropriate minimum-necessary access, avoid unnecessary inclusion of sensitive information in external messages, and verify recipients before sending. Clinics must maintain patient-facing privacy notices, lawful processing grounds, regulatory registrations or approvals where required, and record-retention procedures applicable to their jurisdiction.

07 / 15

Plans, users, and storage

Solo, Clinic, and Group plans may have different included user limits, file-storage limits, and features, as shown at purchase and enforced by the service. A provider entered for scheduling does not itself grant an extra software user account. Service availability and entitlements depend on the active subscription or trial state; checkout disclosures govern the exact purchased plan.

08 / 15

Trial and paid subscription

Where eligible, the advertised introductory trial lasts 14 days, requires no payment card, and is generally limited to one trial per verified email. Plan limits apply during the trial. The trial does not automatically authorize a charge: starting a paid subscription requires a separate checkout. Eligibility exclusions may apply to previously registered, paid, complimentary, developer, or otherwise ineligible accounts, as disclosed in the offer.

09 / 15

Billing, renewals, and cancellation

If a paid checkout is completed through Paddle, Paddle may act as merchant of record and its applicable buyer terms and refund policy govern the transaction. Subscription prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation, upgrade/downgrade handling and any payment-failure grace period are presented at checkout and subject to mandatory law. A 14-day past-due grace period, where available, is separate from the 14-day free trial. The billing information page is supplementary until a final version is published; it does not override the terms disclosed at checkout.

10 / 15

Reasonable security safeguards

Ziel designs the Service with authentication, account and clinic boundaries, access restrictions, logging, and backup/recovery mechanisms appropriate to the system. Specific technical measures can depend on the deployment and subscribed services. No system is completely immune to incidents or data loss. Clinics must safeguard their computers, local files, passwords, staff access, and independent clinical continuity procedures. See Security & Patient Data.

11 / 15

Availability, updates, and support

Services can be interrupted by maintenance, device failure, network conditions, security incidents, or third-party outages. Ziel may improve or change features, with reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable. No guaranteed uptime or recovery-time service-level commitment is made unless a separate written agreement provides one. For operational assistance contact [email protected].

12 / 15

Acceptable use and integrations

Users may not attempt to access another practice’s information, bypass entitlements, probe or overload security controls, distribute malicious code, scrape personal data, reverse engineer contrary to applicable law, or use the Service unlawfully. External integrations, including calendar, messaging, or booking services, remain subject to authorized scopes, required consents, and their applicable third-party terms.

13 / 15

Suspension, termination, and data return

Access may end following cancellation, nonpayment, material breach, or a necessary security action, subject to mandatory law and applicable notice. Suspension does not transfer ownership of clinic records or authorize their immediate deletion. Clinics remain responsible for clinical continuity and should arrange lawful records export or transfer in advance. Data-return and deletion procedures, including backup retention, depend on applicable law and any separately agreed written processing arrangements; contact [email protected] before terminating access if record continuity is needed.

14 / 15

Warranty, liability, and mandatory rights

The Service is supplied with reasonable care subject to agreed specifications and applicable mandatory law. No uninterrupted availability, clinical outcome, or absence of all cyber risks is promised. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. No specific monetary limitation of liability, governing-law clause, or dispute forum is asserted here unless agreed separately in writing or required by applicable law.

15 / 15

Policy changes and legal contact

These Terms take effect from the effective date shown above for users who agree to them. Material updates will be issued as a new dated version, with renewed acceptance requested where required. Contact [email protected] for service, legal, or contractual questions. Nothing here represents the Service as a registered company or promises a certification that has not been verified.
